Dear Gar:
I have been remiss in not writing this letter immediately following completion of your company’s repair work to our home last year. My wife, Carol, and I thank you and all the people involved in repairing the water-damaged areas of our home.
Our interaction with on-site workers, sub-contractors and you and your office personnel made Carol and I feel as if each person was putting in the same effort and urgency as if the repairs were being done on their own home. All the people were very courteous, and cooperative and willing to listen to our suggestions and requests, and performed their responsibilities with care. However, it deserves to be mentioned of that Rusty and Mark were two individuals who always seemed to go over and beyond in the performance of their work. Both Rusty and Mark were perfectionists in their work, and often offered suggestions we wouldn’t have thought of on how to make the final job look better. In addition to being an excellent painter, Rusty would constantly recheck and touch up the painted areas to insure any accidental smudge marks made by other workers were corrected. Mark did an excellent job installing the bathroom vanity, mirror, fixtures, molding throughout the house and reinstalling the fireplace.
Carol and I want you to know that we would recommend Charles L Pugh Co., Inc., to anyone requiring renovation or repair to their home and we have already told many of our friends about your excellent work.

Dear Gar:
I want to thank you and your employees for the outstanding service since my condominium flooded in late August. I had no idea what was before me, nor the damage that an overflowing toilet could do; but I soon learned that my life would be disrupted for some months. It was a godsend when Bob Grabowski suggested that I request your firm to undertake the project, and I am indebted to you for personally overseeing the details. Our craftsmen restored my faith in the American way of hard work, prompt follow-through, and customer satisfaction. I missed very little time from work and travel, and everyone put up with my ill humor when things kept spinning out of control with other happenings at my condo. The high professionalism of John and his painting crew, Jeff, Rick, and the firms you sub-contract with is most impressive.
